Step 1 : Tell us your needs

Professional Services will discuss your needs with you immediately. At this stage, please provide theMultiple (at least 5 or more)and multi-angle images.
These pictures will be provided to the silicone puppeteer, and finally it will be decided to use one picture as the angle.customized version.
Note: General customization will mainly use the [head] as the main content of customization. Since there is no detailed size ratio for body parts, in order to avoid excessive differences, it is not recommended to make custom orders; you can directly choose an existing one that is closer You can buy it according to your body type.
Step 2: Manufacturer quotation order confirmation
At present, generally speaking, the overall cost of customizing the head and purchasing the existing body style is about130,000-160,000about. If considering the customization needs of the whole body, the overall price is about200,000-250,000Yuan.
The head material part is made of the highest grade platinum silicone material at present, providing a fine and perfect presentation. For the body part, you can choose more comfortable TPE material or silicone material.
When the manufacturer's quotation is confirmed, we will start the head clay sculpture work.
Note: A non-refundable guarantee deposit of 50,000 yuan will be charged for the clay sculpture part, which will not be refunded.
Step 3: Clay sculpture production and confirmation
(time about 1 month)
At this time, the puppet clay sculptor will start to carve the portrait according to your picture, and the overall time is about 1 month. After the completion, you will be able to provide you with pictures to watch, before making sure you are satisfied, you canAdjust 3 times for free.
When you confirm that there is no problem, we will collect the remaining payment and start making doll molds.
Step 4: The finished product is out of the oven
(time about 1 month)
After the mold is made, the silicone doll will be filled with glue, which will be a half-formed doll head. The so-called semi-formed head means that the processing operations such as eye makeup, eyebrow hair transplantation, and body skin painting have not yet been completed.
Then, a full head model will take place to produce your final product.
From the three pictures on the left, it can be seen that with our technology, more than 90% of the similarity of the face can be achieved.
After the head carving is confirmed, proceed to the doll making process
Step 5: Quality inspection and delivery
When the manufacturer completes the customized doll order, 76DOLLSHOP will help our customers to confirm the product details through strict quality control; and, simultaneously confirm the specifications of the final product with the customer and fine-tune the details.
After confirming that there is no problem, we will personally deliver your baby to your home through our dedicated driver.
